




**Job Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and sell products, deliver necessary information, and hand over products while delighting customers with excellent service. **Job Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Basic computer skills; **Responsibilities:** * Attend to customers attentively; * Provide customers with necessary information and assist them in product selection; * Register customer orders via the computerized system to initiate production; * Receive cash payments, provide change, or process card payments using card machines; * Monitor production timelines for orders to ensure quality customer service; * Deliver customer orders through sales channels: drive-thru, delivery, or counter—verifying all items against the printed order slip; * Conduct daily cash float reconciliation; * Recharge card machines daily after business hours; * Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the premises (dining area, counters, refrigerators, warming cabinets, restrooms, parking lot, drive-thru, and general outdoor areas); * Restock refrigerators, freezers, and wine cellars as needed at the end of each day; * Power on and verify functionality of electronic equipment essential to the role and store operations daily; * Perform daily system testing and report results to the IT team; * Organize and install promotional materials (menus, brochures, displays); * Manage customer queues and/or vehicle lines; * Inspect and restock customer restrooms with essential supplies; * Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures; * Restock and count counter-sale items (desserts, wines, crostini); * Receive and verify incoming supply orders required for counter sales; * Generate sales reports at the end of each shift; * Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits; * Carry out other tasks compatible with the requirements of the position or department, as needed or directed by supervisors. * The employee must be aware of the employer’s rules and guidelines, and understand their responsibility not to record, film, photograph, or publicly expose customers or other employees without explicit authorization. They must also acknowledge accountability in cases of unauthorized data, information, photo, video, or audio leaks originating from corporate equipment, phones, or documents, in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 – General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
