




The People team at TAG is responsible for hiring, developing, and engaging talent, as well as ensuring our culture is lived out in practice. Our team plays an active role in developing leaders and employees, building a team prepared to achieve our company’s strategic results. We are looking for a generalist, organized, hands-on assistant who wants to understand end-to-end HR operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for anyone eager to learn and grow within the people management field. On a day-to-day basis, you will support the People team’s processes, with a focus on talent acquisition, internal marketing initiatives, and corporate communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day** * Designing and executing internal marketing initiatives (events, campaigns, small gifts) that reinforce our organizational culture and engage our talent team; * Supporting corporate communications and ensuring execution of the company’s key rituals and the TAGger’s journey; * Structuring and maintaining documentation of core people management processes so all employees have transparent access to information; * Leading initial stages of recruitment processes (screening and first interviews), balancing speed without compromising candidate evaluation quality; * Providing operational support for strategic projects such as Performance Reviews and Climate Surveys; * Continuously supporting active improvement of people management processes, always focused on talent satisfaction and retention. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources. * Prior experience in people management workflows; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, hands-on profile with willingness to think outside the box; * Genuine interest in working with people and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences. **Nice-to-Have** * Passion for literature; * Basic knowledge of editing tools (Canva or others); * Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides). **Additional Information** What you’ll find by joining the TAG team: Meal Allowance via Flash card (Visa) — freedom to choose where to use it. That’s why each month we send curated kits designed to broaden our members’ literary horizons and deepen their relationship with books. We launched the club in July 2014, and in our first month of shipments, we had only 65 members. Today, we ship over **35,000 boxes** every month across Brazil — a milestone that has established us as **one of the largest book subscription clubs** in the country. These boxes are the heart of our community, but the experience goes beyond them: we offer numerous other channels to expand our passion for literature. TAG has a mobile app, in-person gatherings, social media platforms, a blog, an online store, a podcast, the Cabeceira app, and our newest launch — the Collab Clubs with Bookster and Marcela Ceribelli. We’ve received recognition both nationally and internationally. In 2017, TAG was awarded the **Success Entrepreneur Award** by Pequenas Empresas Grandes Negócios magazine. At the 2018 London Book Fair, we received The Quantum Publishing Innovation Excellence Award, a **global award for innovation in publishing.** However, many challenges still lie ahead. In 2025, we participated in the Bienal do Livro and other major national publishing industry fairs.
