Description:
To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
* Completed postgraduate degree in related fields or business;
* Certification or knowledge in Human Resource Management.
Desirable:
* Prior experience as a Business Unit (BU) Controller;
* Course or knowledge in Managerial Accounting;
* Course or knowledge in Corporate Finance;
* Course or knowledge in Cost Management;
* Course or knowledge in Strategic Planning;
* Course or knowledge in Fluent English;
* Course or knowledge in Fluent Spanish.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Manage investments and provide support to management, planning, and development of budget forecasting, economic\-financial feasibility studies of projects, analysis of management reports, and advisory services to the company or group leadership on financial, accounting, budgetary, tax, and administrative matters;
* Analyze, validate, and consolidate monthly accounting closings to ensure correct execution and adherence to agreed deadlines;
* Manage the team, ensuring high-quality delivery of key area outputs, adherence to agreed timelines, and continuous process improvement;
* Lead and guide teams in developing the annual budget plan;
* Direct actions to fulfill Frasle Mobility’s global strategic plan;
* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting guidelines, procedures, and rules\-legislation (Accounting Guidance) for the business unit (BU), aligned with Corporate Controller and Holding;
* Promote synergy among controller teams, other Frasle Mobility areas, and CSC\-Corporate structures, encouraging exchange of experiences, procedures, and practices aimed at improving performance, learning, and/or team development;
* Monitor and support internal and external (accounting) audits;
* Support investors by providing information to the Investor Relations (IR) area, executive management, and other stakeholders.
