Description: * Proficiency in SESMT processes; * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety. * Coordinate corporate occupational health, safety, and medicine processes, interacting with professionals from business units and promoting the technical qualification of teams under their supervision to ensure excellence in meeting area requirements; * Oversee the Bertolini Group's Risk Management Program (PGR); * Lead the development and implementation of the Fire Protection and Prevention Plan (PPCI) and the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), including technical reports and assessments of workplace conditions and risks (LTCAT); * Oversee execution of the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), monitoring appointment scheduling for medical consultations and/or examinations conducted by service providers, as well as recordkeeping, reporting, and statutory deadlines; * Approve and sign technical reports on Workplace Environmental Conditions for work permits and authorizations. 2510160202251697754
