Job Summary: Professional responsible for verifying product conformity, configuring the product according to sales orders and customer requirements, performing visual and functional inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement and problem resolution. Then apply for this position and join us in building the Marcopolo of the Future!  **\#JoinMarcopolo \#FutureOfMobility \#movingchangeseverything** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify product conformity throughout the production process, potentially operating across multiple stages of manufacturing. * Configure products based on sales orders and specific customer requirements; perform visual quality perception inspections covering internal and external finishes, paint, and vehicle functionalities such as electrical, mechanical, and audio/video systems. * Drive continuous product improvement to consistently elevate perceived product quality and assembly efficiency. * Support the production process in corrective actions and maintain the integrity of quality documentation—including FAPs, customer records, inspection sheets, and release checklists—for traceability. * Analyze and resolve product and process-related issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or Industrial Processes is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** We believe in and invest in the potential of those who embark on this journey with us.
