Maintain manufacturing-related processes in accordance with calibration standards, chemical analysis requirements, and measurement process rules. **Key Responsibilities** * Support manufacturing line needs by advising on related requirements. * Participate in system audits to ensure proper maintenance of management systems. * Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement teams (TIP). * Attend technical meetings with engineering and supplier quality teams to provide technical support. * Perform dimensional inspection of products and components as requested, conduct relevant technical analyses, and deliver technical reports within scheduled deadlines, contributing to service efficiency. * Program and operate CMM (coordinate measuring machine) and other automated equipment (CNCs). * Complete dimensional reports (ISIR) and conduct capability studies for manufactured items using internal laboratory measurement and testing resources or external services, providing necessary information for PPAP approval of these items. * Record nonconforming products in SAP, notify and inform suppliers of the issue, and subsequently initiate containment and return processes. * Perform activities related to deviation control and concessions in the factory. * Manage measurement equipment and maintain the equipment calibration schedule as required; evaluate calibration certificates and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition.
