Contribute to innovation in production and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and technological alignment with organizational objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** Implement complex functionalities in legacy systems, the company's technologies, and the TOTVS Protheus ERP. Perform integrations among systems used by the company. Propose new technology solutions for production and administrative processes. Suggest applicable new technologies for IT department processes. Collaborate on development projects and continuous improvement of existing solutions. Contribute to the development of new functionalities, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices. Evaluate whether activities comply with information security policies. Support project planning and conduct code reviews for junior developers. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Federal Inspection requirements, and internal quality, environmental, health, and safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
