Job Summary: This internship offers hands-on experience in site inspections, project drafting, specifications, quantity takeoffs, and construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Practical on-site supervision of construction and maintenance. **CIVIL ENGINEERING / ARCHITECTURE / BUILDING TECHNICIAN INTERNSHIP** **Job Description:** Site inspection for data collection to support project execution or maintenance services. Drafting of architectural and complementary projects. Preparation of descriptive specification documents. Quantity takeoffs for services. Collecting quotations from third-party companies. Preparing budget spreadsheets. Supervising maintenance and construction services within the municipality of Porto Alegre. **Requirements:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of REVIT and budgeting software such as Pleo is desirable.
