Team spirit and continuous willingness to learn JOB OBJECTIVE Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motor vehicles, ensuring they operate in perfect condition and meet the high-quality standards of the brand represented by the dealership. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using specialized tools and equipment; Prepare estimates, negotiate services, and clarify customer inquiries clearly and courteously; Execute high-complexity maintenance tasks while strictly adhering to the brand's technical and safety standards; Perform disassembly, inspection, replacement, and reassembly of mechanical components; Carry out oil changes and lubrication; Accurately and systematically open and close service orders; Provide excellent customer service via email, telephone, or WhatsApp; Request parts through the internal system; Schedule vehicle washes when necessary; Issue invoices for parts and services, specifying payment methods; Support fellow technicians on highly specialized tasks requiring teamwork.
