KQRH, in partnership with a renowned analytical laboratory, is hiring! **Will be responsible for receiving and evaluating samples, verifying if they are suitable for registration into the analytical process. Register sample data in the computerized system and direct them to specific laboratories. Resolve pending issues with the Commercial department. Contribute to cleaning and organizing the sector.** **Main responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect incoming samples; * Evaluate whether samples, documents, and received information are suitable for registration, following the screening procedures outlined in the Quality Management System; * Weigh samples and measure temperatures of samples requiring special storage conditions; * Calibrate scales and check freezer and refrigerator temperatures; * Register samples according to the registration procedures outlined in the Quality Management System; * Resolve pending matters with the Commercial department and/or client; * Deliver registered samples to laboratories and route those to be performed via Intercompany or subcontracted; * Contribute to cleaning and organizing the sector; * Inspect received samples, following company-established procedures, identifying abnormalities and reporting them to the immediate supervisor; * Label samples and store them in appropriate locations; * Dispose of samples when necessary, complying with safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations; * Organize samples returned by the laboratory after use; * Perform other related tasks as required or directed by their supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** High school diploma. **Previous experience:** No prior experience required. **Technical skills:** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Behavioral competencies:** We value organized, responsible professionals with logical reasoning, initiative, dynamism, and ease in working within a team. **Additional information:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Modality: on-site; Location: Garibaldi/RS.
