Work as a lawyer for corporate clients within their legal practice area by conducting meetings, consultations, legal opinions, among others, contract evaluation, data mapping, drafting of procedural documents, attending hearings, meeting deadlines, under technical guidance regarding necessary legal procedures. Will work on advisory and litigation matters with clients. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide technical responsibility for drafting legal documents related to their legal practice area. * Keep the company updated on legislation and other relevant topics related to their legal practice area. * Draft procedural documents and reports, analyzing and legally substantiating arguments, ensuring client defense. * Prepare technical opinions for the company's clients, analyzing facts with legal grounds, stating conclusions and proposing solutions. * Ensure compliance with established deadlines for processes within their legal practice area. * Provide client and general legal counsel, offering technical guidance and negotiating various aspects. * Keep clients informed and updated regarding their legal cases, providing them with technical orientation. * Attend hearings on behalf of the company's clients, carrying out all necessary procedures and steps. * Conduct and/or mediate various negotiations involving client interests, seeking the best possible outcome. * Perform various legal procedures at institutions related to cases under their responsibility, executing required routines. * Analyze contracts, various documents and other client information, issuing technical opinions. * Execute various processes/procedures arising from their position, keeping information updated in computerized systems. * Work in the advisory and litigation areas of Labor Law. * Be accountable for area results according to established objectives and targets; **Requirements and qualifications** ***Minimum*** Bachelor’s degree in Law, registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil). Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate labor law. ***Desirable*** Bachelor’s degree in Law, registered with the Brazilian Bar Association, with specialization in Labor Law.
