We are looking for a **Financial Assistant with an analytical profile and strategic vision**, who wants to grow by directly supporting companies in financial management and consulting projects at **Jogabi**. * Position based in Curitiba/PR, on-site, in the Água Verde neighborhood. * We begin 2026 searching for a new talent to join our team! If you have experience in the finance area, enjoy analysis, are organized, and seek an opportunity to work with companies—helping them improve their results through financial management—this position may be right for you. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting financial consulting in delivering services to Jogabi’s clients; * Performing financial reconciliations, organizing and structuring companies’ future cash flow; * Assisting with monthly closing under both accrual and cash basis (Income Statement / Cash Flow Statement); * Participating in the development of financial KPIs and management dashboards; * Actively contributing analyses and diagnostics that support entrepreneurs’ decision-making; * Participating in meetings and communications with clients, supported by senior consultants. * At Jogabi, you’ll work closely with real business operations—looking beyond the numbers to help real companies improve their results. This is a role offering clear paths for professional development and growth. What we expect from you: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields); * Experience in corporate finance routines—especially accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow control; * Practical knowledge of Income Statements (revenues, taxes, fixed/variable costs, expenses); * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Proactive, communicative, and well-organized profile; ➡ **Experience in financial BPO is a plus.** Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation and benefits: * R$ 2.500,00 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal voucher Why join Jogabi?
