





Description: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Completed high school education, with academic transcript or graduation certificate; * Experience preferred but not required (prior customer service experience is a plus); * Basic computer skills; * Clear diction (speech) and writing ability; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to professionally handle challenging situations and dissatisfied customers; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; * Basic computer knowledge and ability to quickly learn new systems; * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Must possess valid documents: Work Card (Carteira de Trabalho), Voter ID (Título de Eleitor), High School Diploma, and Military Reserve Certificate (Certificado de Reservista) for males. * Provides inbound customer service (voice channel) to address billing disputes, requests for duplicate bills, gas connection/disconnection, and general inquiries—essential service; * Answers customer phone calls courteously, efficiently, and professionally. * Provides accurate information regarding company services, including tariffs, invoices, and operational procedures. * Timely resolves customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Salary: BRL 1,518.00 + BRL 312.00 (Meal or Food Allowance). * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, with rotating days off. * On-site availability required in Santana – São Paulo/SP. 2512060202191907511
