




**Requirements:** \* Completed Technical Education \* National Driver's License – Category E \* MOPP Course – Hazardous Materials Transportation \* Prior experience in the role is desirable **Responsibilities:** \* Conduct on-site operational training for the Company’s fleet drivers, enhancing their skills in proper vehicle operation (economic and defensive driving) and internal and external (client) procedures, aiming to improve drivers’ daily practices. \* Serve as a role model and exemplar of best practices in heavy-vehicle operation for the driver team, so that colleagues perceive them as a reference in this activity. \* Act as a support point for the Driver Management area regarding processes and interpersonal relationships, directly addressing behavioral and attitudinal corrections and/or alerting leadership to potential issues, difficulties, non-standard procedures, and staff deserving recognition, etc. \* Focus on improving the fleet’s average fuel consumption performance, based on insights from Instructor II’s analysis, carrying out on-site support and guidance activities for drivers. **Skills:** \* Analytical Ability Leadership Organization/Planning Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
