Manage and develop high-performance teams **Location:** Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, BR Brief Position Description Responsible for coordinating regional logistics, planning and monitoring grain transportation operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules; negotiate freight contracts, conduct pricing analysis and control logistics costs to ensure competitiveness, operational safety, and optimal margins; manage and develop the team to promote sustainable performance, agile decision-making, and a culture of continuous improvement; responsible for growing COFCO Transportes’ market share. Responsibilities Coordinate transportation planning and execution processes, participate in meetings, guide and support the team, and audit related processes; Develop management indicators and reports; Conduct in-depth and systematic analysis of monthly departmental indicators and propose continuous improvements; Manage conflicts within and outside the department; Support budget preparation and contribute to achieving the department’s annual budget (expenses and investments); Monitor the department’s budget; Monitor maintenance costs, projects, and departmental improvements; Track and evaluate departmental performance to ensure achievement of established goals; Coordinate internal workforce activities and contracted companies, train them, monitor task execution, and contribute to achieving departmental operational objectives; Support the immediate supervisor in establishing departmental plans, goals, and strategies. Contribute to ensuring appropriate utilization levels of resources under one’s responsibility, promoting compliance with policies, standards, and procedures; Identify team training needs; implement training programs and development plans, and evaluate employee performance according to Corporate guidelines; Manage team attendance records and working hours; Responsible for compliance with laws, internal procedures, and COFCO’s ethical standards. Prerequisites **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields; **IT Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate/advanced Excel, SAP. **Language(s):** Knowledge of logistics planning, grain freight market, and logistics flows and operations in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
