If you reside in **Caxias do Sul/RS** and wish to join the Brinox Group, this is your opportunity. **Join us to make a difference!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Build and maintain pricing calculation models considering costs, taxes, markup, margins, and commercial guidelines. * Conduct pricing simulations for new products, contract revisions, and strategic negotiations. * Update prices according to internal policies, adjustments, exchange rate fluctuations, and input inflation. * Support the sales team with profitability analyses by customer, product, and channel. * Assess the impact of cost changes on the portfolio and suggest price adjustments. * Analyze variances among planned, standard, and actual costs, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. * Control and periodically review changes in product structures. * Support internal and external audits with cost-related evidence and process documentation. * Prepare managerial reports on costs, margins, profitability, and variances. * Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor industrial and commercial performance. * Perform ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making. * Drive continuous improvement of costing, pricing, and financial analysis processes. * Contribute to enhancements of ERP systems (SAP). * Ensure cross-departmental alignment to guarantee data integrity and standardization. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of industrial costing. * Familiarity with cost accounting and variance analysis. * Proficiency in Excel for analytical tasks. * Understanding of pricing formation, taxes, and margins. * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with SAP (modules CO, PP, MM, or SD) **Additional information** **LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS!** **WORK SCHEDULE:** * First shift: Monday to Thursday, from 7:10 AM to 5:10 PM | Friday until 4:10 PM **WELL-BEING:** * Health insurance plan * Wellhub: A monthly subscription-based platform for physical and psychological well-being; **RECOGNITION AND INCENTIVES:** * Profit-sharing program (PPR) **PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:** * Education assistance * Language learning assistance **PEACE OF MIND AND QUALITY OF LIFE:** * Chartered transportation * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Childcare assistance * Special dates (birthday, work anniversaries) * Psychosocial support – Positively Program * Todas*Seguras – Initiative addressing domestic violence **OTHER ADVANTAGES:** * Discount on purchasing our products * Partnership agreements **EVERY EXPERIENCE IN YOUR JOURNEY MATTERS!!!** So, your place is here with us!
