Job Summary: Bodywork Team Leader responsible for coordinating and developing the team, ensuring service and budget quality, as well as managing relationships with insurance companies. Focus on organization, quality, and negotiation. **Position: Bodywork Team Leader (Caxias do Sul)** **Salary – BRL 3,500.00 + variable bonus based on achievement of targets (estimated total remuneration of BRL 8,000.00, depending on objective attainment).** **Working Hours and Days**: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (Unimed); * Dental assistance; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance of BRL 600.00 via Pluxee card; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy assistance; * Medication reimbursement; * Wellhub/Gympass; * Employee Assistance Program. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and distribute documents related to bodywork and painting, ensuring process organization and compliance; * Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the quality of bodywork and painting services, observing deadlines and technical standards; * Lead, guide, and develop the bodywork and painting team, promoting engagement, productivity, and adherence to internal policies; * Prepare estimates for bodywork and painting services, analyzing damage and estimating costs for parts, materials, and labor; * Maintain contact with claims adjusters, providing technical information, submitting documentation, and tracking processes until completion. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Experience in automotive bodywork; * Experience managing teams; * Experience in deadline control and interfacing with insurance companies, appraisers, or clients (in workshops handling insurance claims). * Driver's license category B. **Education:** Completed high school; ongoing undergraduate degree preferred (a plus). **Participating Cities/Neighborhoods: Caxias do Sul region.** **Behavioral Traits:** Leadership, organization, negotiation ability, attention to quality, and strong communication skills. The company seeks a professional skilled in negotiation, with solid administrative experience in bodywork, including dealings with insurance companies and cooperatives, knowledge of interactions with appraisers, technical discussions, and a commercial profile capable of establishing partnerships with insurance companies and cooperatives. Ability to prospect and present available parts and services. Occasional travel to São Marcos, Vacaria, Garibaldi, etc., conducted during mornings with same-day return. Travel will be performed using the company vehicle. Payment: BRL 3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
