Developing information systems and supporting managers. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **Job Summary** Develop, analyze, and report financial statements and operational financial results for Caxias do Sul in local currency and USD; prepare comparative budgeting reports – forecast vs. actual – for managers and the Plant Manager; prepare reports and special requests from the Controller; ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX. **Job Responsibilities** " Develop Profit Plan, monthly forecast, reports, and analyses for the plant manager, including variance analysis and cost control reporting. Ensure accurate accounting and timely financial reporting for the Group and Headquarters according to the established month-end close schedule. Prepare and analyze special studies. Ensure compliance with Eaton’s Financial Policies and internal control and SOX procedures and requirements. Provide financial data and insights to support decision-making. Maintain and enhance information systems supporting the Profit Plan, Rolling Forecast, Strategic Plan, and other financial reports. Support factory managers to correctly understand and interpret financial reports and prepare presentation materials. Prepare financial forecast and operational results analysis. Monitor variances between actual and projected results and prepare reports to reduce forecasting variances." **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Fundamental** * **Bachelor’s degree completed** in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Relevant experience in **FP\&A**. * **Intermediate English proficiency** (advanced level is a plus). * **Strong financial analysis skills** and logical reasoning. * **Knowledge of financial statements** (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement). * **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (spreadsheets, formulas, calculations; advanced proficiency is a plus). * **Knowledge of US GAAP** and **SOX requirements**. * Manufacturing business acumen, organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills. **Desirable** * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands (**time management**). * **Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP**. * **Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate** – reading and interpretation are essential; – dashboard development experience is a plus. * SQL experience **Soft Skills** * Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills. * Discretion and sound judgment must be exercised to maintain confidentiality of financial analysis. * The analyst must be able to interact effectively with managers, peers, and cross-functional colleagues. * The individual may be required to complete special projects/analyses upon request. * This position requires frequent status updates to the Plant Controller and Plant Manager / Factory Manager. \#LI\-RS6
