We seek a professional with a strong commercial profile, strategic vision, and results orientation — someone capable of building solid customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and conducting negotiations autonomously and confidently. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Manage a strategic client portfolio, focusing on growth and profitability. * Prospect new business opportunities. * Conduct complex commercial negotiations, ensuring margin and competitiveness. * Act consultatively with clients. * Collaborate with internal departments (planning, production, logistics, and innovation). * Monitor commercial results and KPIs. * Ensure alignment with market strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields) * Solid B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial or packaging sector * Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with strategic customers * Analytical mindset, results-driven, and problem-solving oriented * Willingness to travel * Intermediate/advanced English is considered a plus **Additional Information** We believe everything starts with people.
