Job Summary: We are seeking an Export Analyst to support export activities, perform controls, update data, contact customers, and provide operational support for international sales processes. Work on continuous improvement of the department. **EXPORT ANALYST** We are looking for an Export Analyst to join our export team. The professional will be responsible for supporting export activities, performing controls, updating data, contacting customers, providing operational support for international sales processes, managing third-party contracts, prospecting customers, and analyzing the international market. **Responsibilities:** * Updating information of international customers; * Aligning export documents (invoices, certificates, packing lists, transportation documents, and proformas); * Following up on export orders; * Quoting international freight rates and managing logistics services; * Prospecting customers and organizing schedules for trade missions; * Working on continuous improvement of the department; * Analyzing the international market with a focus on expansion. Prerequisites: * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade; * Intermediate English and Spanish; * 1–2 years of experience in export activities; * Operational knowledge of export and international logistics; * Negotiation and interpersonal communication skills; * Integrity; * Teachable mindset.
