The Pedagogical Supervisor will be responsible for leading teams of education professionals, guiding and supporting pedagogical activities, and ensuring the implementation of strategies that promote student learning and growth. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating pedagogical activities, ensuring curriculum content aligns with students’ needs and current educational guidelines. You will need to plan and monitor the development of pedagogical projects, as well as evaluate and monitor teacher and student performance. Experience in managing educational teams and in-depth knowledge of pedagogical methodologies are essential for this position. The Pedagogical Supervisor must be able to foster a positive and motivating learning environment, and possess well-developed communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide team members.
