* Strategically manage the company's clients' online sales operations; * Assist the company's clients with optimizing advertisements (paid traffic management), high-conversion sales pages, and post-sales structuring; * Support the company's clients with preventive actions to avoid increases in negative metrics (chargebacks, negative social media); * Assist clients with branding strategies, positioning, and brand strengthening; * Maintain client contact via phone, email, and WhatsApp; * Produce reports presenting improvement suggestions regarding customer acquisition, conversion, and implementation processes; * Collaborate with the Marketing department to produce rich content for the company's clients, such as e-books, email marketing, video lessons, and live streams; * Monitor key performance indicators and metrics (SLA, NPS, Churn, LTV); * Actively monitor performance indicators and maintain short- to medium-term client satisfaction by identifying risks, proposing solutions, and proactively addressing common issues within the managed portfolio; * Knowledge of customer journey, Customer Success, and Customer Experience; * Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets); * Knowledge of computer science and information technology; * Understanding of CS and its main indicators (Churn, NPS, health score, upsell and downsell); * Solid knowledge in digital marketing, e-commerce, and online sales; * Solid expertise in Paid Traffic Management; * Solid skills in content production; * Intermediate knowledge of Branding/Advertising strategies; * 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the role; * Higher education degree (or currently pursuing) in a related field.
