#### **About the position:** The complexity of retail sector operations demands heightened attention to occupational safety policies. We seek a disciplined, attentive professional with extensive experience and a strong professional background in this sector—essential for safeguarding employees' lives. Your main responsibilities include prevention activities, training, safety indicator monitoring, document preparation, as well as adherence to and implementation of NR (Normas Regulamentadoras) standards. Learn more about our company in our institutional video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v\=WSKAFOk7Vyo #### **Key responsibilities:** * Develop and guide occupational safety activities; * Inspect equipment and working conditions; * Investigate and analyze accident causes to eliminate risks; * Develop training programs; * Verify compliance with safety standards and procedures, and implement preventive measures; * Monitor safety indicators and prepare reports; * Implement and monitor applicable regulatory standards (NRs); * Promote occupational safety awareness campaigns and initiatives. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, per Law No. 7\.410 dated 11/29/85; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor; * Proven experience in construction projects; * Solid knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Ability to analyze and investigate accidents and incidents. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Experience in the retail sector; * Knowledge of risk management and prevention programs; * Additional certifications in occupational safety; * Experience with integrated management systems (quality, environment, and safety); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proven experience in construction projects. #### **Benefits:** On-site meals; Transportation allowance; Dental plan; Telemedicine; Telepsychology; Pharmacy discounts; Life insurance; Funeral assistance; SESC partnership; Family assistance network; Discounts with partner companies; Affiliation card \- 2% discount at our stores; Training and development through our corporate university \- Uniffato. #### **Work schedule and hours:**
