We want to learn your story and understand whether your profile aligns with ours! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Monitor daily loading operations and the shipping schedule; hire transportation providers to perform transport services; and schedule loading activities, informing the shipping department; * Monitor the order portfolio to ensure fulfillment within established deadlines; * Monitor and direct finished goods inventory according to demand forecasts provided by the sales team and current inventory policies; * Replenish warehouses and monitor for future or immediate corrections; * Manage products with advanced shelf life in inventory; generate reports for managerial information to the sales team and company; and monitor sales performance relative to shelf-life volume; * Monitor daily occurrences of non-imported invoices between integrated systems and departmental systems, through queries and reconciliations; * Analyze the order fulfillment process—from order entry to customer delivery—using data from the integrated system; * Prepare and update managerial reports based on data extracted from departmental systems and compiled information; * Support the sales team and transportation providers via available communication channels; * Develop scenarios for defining the department’s annual budget planning, in collaboration with immediate management, providing necessary information for decision-making; * Prepare and update departmental performance indicator reports, based on data extracted from the integrated system and electronic spreadsheets; * Participate in meetings with internal and external clients, following defined procedures and providing necessary information while making required decisions; * Conduct technical visits to logistics operators, assessing environmental conditions, vehicles, administrative infrastructure, gathering references from companies that are their clients, and analyzing their performance against the company’s needs; * Provide technical support to the team through guidance grounded in expertise and experience; * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Good Manufacturing Practices procedures as defined by established standards; * Report issues related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to designated personnel; * Perform other professional activities related and inherent to the position. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Prior experience in the field. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Availability for frequent travel.
