The Operations team ensures that the entire onboarding and activation journey for POS customers occurs securely, efficiently, and in regulatory compliance. We manage the **KYC (Know Your Customer)** process, conducting thorough registration analyses to validate identity, legitimacy, and adherence to internal policies, card network rules, and Central Bank requirements. Additionally, we ensure each new account, merchant location, and POS device is activated accurately—eliminating risks and guaranteeing the best possible customer experience.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:**
* Ensuring a smooth, secure, and regulation-compliant onboarding journey aligned with the payment industry standards;
* Conducting comprehensive registration and document analyses to approve accounts and onboard POS customers;
* Validating identity, business classification, and operational information per risk policies and AML/CFT guidelines, regulatory requirements, and card network rules;
* Operating internal systems and tools—including Octadesk and Excel—to verify data and mitigate risks;
