Hospital is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Garça (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Monitor the inflow and outflow of materials and supplies, recording information in the system. Organize and maintain both physical and digital inventory up-to-date, ensuring identification, storage, and traceability. Verify invoices and purchase orders against received materials to confirm compliance. Monitor minimum stock levels and product expiration dates, flagging replenishment needs. Support the pharmacy department in picking and distributing materials to respective departments according to requisitions. Assist in conducting periodic inventories, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Support the organization of departmental documents and records, contributing to audits and process standardization. Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Operator, or Inventory Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
