Senior Project Analyst

**What your day-to-day will look like:** \- Identify market opportunities for developing offerings, bundles, solutions, and commercial strategies related to products; \- Define product positioning, target audience, differentiators, and go-to-market approaches; \- Create and track business opportunities related to packaged products; \- Support the sales team in defining outreach approaches, value propositions, and sales strategies; \- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses to identify new commercial opportunities; \- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to align product strategies; \- Monitor product performance and KPIs, tracking metrics related to performance, quality, adoption, and B2B and B2C customer experience; \- Structure and package B2B and B2C products, overseeing their lifecycle, performance, positioning, and evolution. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** \- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;\- Experience in product management, portfolio management, and product lifecycle management; \- Experience with B2B and B2C products, preferably in the Telecommunications / ISP sector; \- Knowledge of product strategies, pricing, profitability, and commercial positioning; \- Experience analyzing product KPIs and metrics such as revenue, churn, adoption, and performance; \- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Customer Service teams; \- Familiarity with connectivity products, telecom services, digital services, and corporate solutions is desirable. \- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; \- Hybrid work model; \- Must reside in Marília/SP. **Work location:** Av. da Saudade, 298 \- Jardim Marilia, Marília \- SP, CEP 17502\-430 Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection questions: * Is this your first application with us, or have you previously participated in any selection process here? * Do you know anyone who works at Way?
