Main Responsibilities \- Support onboarding, offboarding, and contract termination procedures; \- Assist in payroll closing; \- Manage electronic time tracking and monitor work schedules; \- Support benefits administration; \- Organize and update labor documents and records; \- Provide internal support for Payroll Department-related requests; \- Meet legal deadlines and assist with ancillary obligations. Requirements \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; \- Basic knowledge of labor legislation; \- Prior experience in Payroll Department routines is a plus; \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility; \- Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
