




An Information Technology company is seeking a Customer Success Analyst professional in Marília. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer support via WhatsApp, Email, and Google Meet. Deliver technical and functional support, identifying user questions, issues, and requests. Offer quick, clear, and concise solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Lead the onboarding process and post-implementation follow-up for the application. Log all support interactions and updates in the internal tracking system. Conduct basic training sessions for user groups. Route technical requests to the development team and perform follow-up until resolution. Collect feedback, analyze improvement suggestions, and contribute to the creation of support materials, FAQs, and tutorials.
