Description:
Field of study: Administration, Accounting, and related areas
Minimum education level: Completed High School
Desired education level: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
* Check and record invoices, verifying purchase order information and performing corresponding entries in the specific system according to accounting and tax rules.
* Assist in invoice verification by comparing entries from fiscal ledgers with information extracted from the integrated system against the documents.
* Assist in the monthly calculation of indirect taxes and issue payment slips for the respective calculated taxes.
* Issue invoices and bills using the appropriate system and gathering necessary information from the Commercial department.
* Cancel invoices when rejected, denied, or due to other errors, following pre\-established criteria.
* Support controlling the dispatch of bills and documentation related to shipped products.
* Draft reports listing pending amounts to be billed.
* Extract reports containing amounts billed to customers, checking for month\-to\-month increases or decreases and their causes, to identify potential billing issues.
* Verify billing orders sent by customers.
* Assist in generating reports and controls for incoming and outgoing orders and invoices.
* Continuously monitor changes in tax, fiscal, and accounting legislation.
* Comply with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, and Good Manufacturing Practices procedures as established by applicable standards;
* Report issues related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to designated personnel;
* Perform other related and inherent professional duties.
