Job Summary: Your daily responsibilities include identifying CTO needs, checking occupancy rates, analyzing available resources, supporting expansion projects, and monitoring expansion status to ensure complete registration. Key Highlights: 1. Support the expansion project together with the Engineering team 2. Ensure no new CTO enters operation without complete registration 3. Analytical, communicative, organized, and proactive profile **Your typical day will involve:** \- Identifying the need for new CTOs by region, neighborhood, route, or condominium. \- Checking current occupancy of nearby CTOs. \- Analyzing availability of PON ports, splitters, fiber, and capacity. \- Supporting the expansion project together with the Engineering team. \- Monitoring expansion status: requested, under review, approved, in execution, completed, and documented. \- Ensuring no new CTO enters operation without complete registration. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** \- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in IT, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially basic Excel; \- Analytical, communicative, organized, and proactive profile; \- Availability to work Monday through Friday from **08:00 to 14:00**. \- Residency in Marília/SP. **Benefits we offer:** \- Competitive salary commensurate with the role; \- Public transportation allowance. **Work location:** Av. da Saudade, 298 \- Jardim Marilia, Marília \- SP, 17502\-430 Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.000,00 \- R$1\.400,00 per month Selection Questions: * Is this your first selection process with us, or have you participated in a previous one? * Do you know anyone who works at Way?
