We seek a professional to work as a Developer, **responsible for transforming ideas, business needs, and strategies into efficient, secure, and scalable digital solutions**, aligned with LUSA’s campaigns, supported causes, and ecosystem. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and web applications aligned with LUSA’s campaign and product requirements; * Design and enhance internal systems, dashboards, and operational tools; * Implement integrations with payment gateways, checkout systems, and donation workflows; * Collaborate in defining architecture, best practices, and coding standards; * Manage infrastructure, deployment, and environment maintenance (hosting, DNS, security); * Perform bug fixes, continuous improvements, and performance optimizations; * Document processes, systems, and technical decisions when necessary; * Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications for Android and/or iOS, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability; * Publish and monitor versions on the App Store and Google Play, including versioning and deployment; **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Experience with frameworks (React Native, Vue, Flutter or similar); * Experience with backend languages (Node.js, PHP, Python or similar); * Knowledge of SQL databases; * Experience integrating APIs and external services; * Familiarity with publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play; * Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities; * Attention to detail, organization, and focus on quality; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Working hours: 9 AM to 8 PM, with a dynamic routine focused on high performance. Fixed remuneration: between R$ 5\.000,00 and R$ 7\.000,00, depending on technical level and experience. Individual performance bonuses: tied to team organization, execution, and evolution.
