If you enjoy working with people, challenges, and a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your mission here** Carry out operational activities related to controlling Dominalog’s transfer matrix, returns, reverse logistics, and pickups. **Main responsibilities** * Issue, verify, and control transportation documents such as CTe, MDF-e, loading orders, and delivery route plans. * Monitor trip status, tracking pickups, deliveries, deadlines, and driver performance. * Schedule pickups, deliveries, and customer time windows according to operational planning. * Support route planning and identification of optimal routes, considering deadlines, costs, and operational constraints. * Monitor operational incidents (delays, damages, losses, returns), acting to resolve them jointly with drivers, customers, and internal departments. * Complete and update control spreadsheets, transportation management systems (TMS), and operational reports. * Assist in controlling operational costs (fuel, maintenance, tolls, fines, per diems, etc.), when applicable. * Provide support to drivers in clarifying doubts, delivering documents, PPEs, and operational instructions. * Support analysis of transportation KPIs, such as productivity, punctuality, incidents, and costs. * Maintain organized physical and digital archives of transportation documents, following internal standards and applicable legislation. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; **Work schedule** Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM **What we offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** R$ 35.00 per day **Transportation Voucher;** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment plus fixed discount) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no discount and options with discount) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring—you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR) as per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT);** **Birthday Day Off:** one day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months **Domina Baby:** special newborn kit starting after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad:** 10-day paternity leave starting after 3 months **Join us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
