The Facility Maintenance Assistant is the "right hand" of infrastructure, ensuring that the work environment remains safe, functional, and aesthetically preserved through preventive and corrective maintenance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Plumbing:** Repair leaks, replace faucets, flush valves, and perform minor unclogging. * **Masonry and Painting:** Perform minor wall repairs (plastering/roughcast), apply filler compound, and perform finishing or signage painting. * **Carpentry and Metalwork:** Adjust doors, locks, hinges, and perform minor repairs on office furniture. * **Prevention:** Conduct periodic facility check\-lists to identify wear before it becomes serious problems.
