Register now and join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** As a **Technical Planning Assistant**, you will: * Attend meetings and verify whether handover minutes and Coordination Standards have been prepared; * Update the company’s database (clients and suppliers); * Update project pending task lists; * Monitor and follow up on project document checklists; * Update schedules and control spreadsheets; * Assist in preparing and issuing management reports; * Support project managers in administrative and contractual activities. **Requirements and qualifications** Required education: * Minimum: completed high school.
