





**Position Purpose** In this position, you will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities related to the mechanical maintenance department and production line equipment. Ensure proper equipment operation by applying all CDM, NBPM, and NBPF concepts. Participate directly or indirectly in the continuous improvement process by providing technical information related to your field of work or area of responsibility. **Your day-to-day...** * Maintain manufacturing process equipment in compliance with the guidelines established by the Maintenance Foundation, following TPM principles; * Identify improvement opportunities in processes and energy usage, and propose value-added solutions. Support the General Mechanical Workshop Coordinator in developing new suppliers and technologies; * Implement MP - TPM concepts across facilities. Monitor and identify improvement opportunities in production lines and technical downtime indicators (reliability and availability); * Execute maintenance plans. Identify non-value-adding activities during execution to propose improvements; * Perform maintenance activities and track company assets and equipment. **What will contribute to your success?** * Technical degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering * Desired knowledge in maintenance and adjustment of raw material preparation machines, mixers, ovens, molders, fillers, and biscuit conveyors. * Desired knowledge in TPM and SAP. * Desired experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
