Always.** **Job Mission:** Work in the Quality area, inspecting mechanical parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies of aircraft manufactured and/or assembled by the company, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and issuing inspection reports on items conforming to previously established standards. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Inspect the product at all stages and verify compliance with quality-related norms and procedures, identifying non-conformities; * Monitor aircraft manufacturing processes until final release and delivery to the end customer, verifying compliance with project technical requirements (drawings and checklist documents) using measurement instruments, identifying non-conformities, guiding responsible personnel on corrective actions, and releasing equipment only when compliant; * Prepare inspection reports based on verifications conducted throughout the production process, documenting identified non-conformities and corrective actions taken by responsible personnel, recording inspected items and dimensions, and confirming compliance with quality standards; * Control and calibration of measurement instruments. * Develop inspection plans and various Quality-area documents. **Requirements:** * Experience in production environments with quality control, preferably in the automotive, auto parts, or metallurgical sectors. * Technical course in Mechanics, Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering — Preferred * Practical ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Proficiency in using inspection, measurement, and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, multimeters, height gauges, dial indicators, torque wrenches, pressure gauges, micrometers, etc.). * Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and the 5S methodology * Practical knowledge in Metrology/Calibration of inspection, measurement, and testing equipment — Preferred * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Weekly working hours: 44 hours** Monday to Thursday: 7:10 AM to 5:10 PM; Friday: 7:10 AM to 4:10 PM **Employment regime: CLT** **Our benefits:** * Medical Assistance * Group Medicine * Pharmacy Partnership * Supermarket Partnership * Group Life Insurance * Parking * Company-provided Transportation * Transportation Allowance * Meal Benefit
