Management of accounting and tax documents JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide support to the accounting and tax department, including account reconciliation, issuing tax invoices, calculating taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ), and completing ancillary obligations (tax forms) to ensure the company's legal compliance. Main Functions and Responsibilities: \* Tax/Fiscal Recordkeeping: Issuing and verifying tax invoices (input/output), tax calculation, maintaining fiscal ledgers, and submitting ancillary obligations to the Federal Revenue Service and state/municipal authorities. \* Accounting: Expense classification and posting, bank reconciliation, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, and assistance in preparing trial balances. \* Document Management: Organizing, archiving, and controlling accounting and tax documents for audits and inspections. \* Support Tasks: Registering suppliers/customers, processing payments/receipts, and communicating with clients. \* Profile and Requirements: Education: Technical degree in Accounting or undergraduate studies in Accounting Sciences. Skills: Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level), familiarity with accounting software (ERP), attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of tax legislation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **NOTES:** Preference for candidates residing in Marília/SP.
