Execute batch jobs. Respond to service requests and maintain equipment (computers, terminals, POS systems, terminals, scales, telecommunications). Generate reports for users. Carry out POS system closing and updates (overnight process). Review incidents documented in the "Shift Handover" report. Assist with inventory reconciliation.
