SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATION ANALYST

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan, organize, and control Sales Administration processes.
* Manage sales order flow across distribution channels, tracking deadlines, inventory levels, billing, returns, cancellations, and commercial negotiations.
* Provide support to the commercial team by delivering solutions.
* Monitor inventory levels—own, third-party, and imported—and propose replenishments while identifying stockout risks.
* Oversee logistics processes, including transportation requests, receipt, warehousing, internal movement, and product dispatch, as well as handling field incidents and complaints.
* Negotiate and manage relationships with transporters and suppliers, analyzing costs, extensions, discounts, and performance metrics.
* Develop, analyze, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), sales maps, management reports, and service controls.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and process automation by participating in area innovation projects and initiatives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure clear communication and efficient resolution of requests.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields;
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* ERP system experience is desirable;
* Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and process-oriented mindset;
* Ability to operate effectively in a multifunctional environment, focused on efficiency, delivery quality, and customer orientation.
