Join us and be part of this market revolution! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise waiter and commis teams, monitoring service delivery and providing guidance to reinforce learning of service techniques and execution of tasks outlined in the daily operational checklist; Conduct comprehensive rounds across all departments, verifying checklist execution and completion to ensure adherence to company standards, performed daily; Validate stock levels and storage conditions of beverages at each point of sale, verifying compliance with established procedures to guarantee appropriate quality when serving guests, performed daily; Be responsible for overseeing overall guest service across all service areas, evaluating service quality delivered by commis and waiters, with the purpose of correcting behaviors and delivering proper guidance, performed daily; Be responsible for overseeing the closing procedures of all food and beverage departments, following the checklist to verify whether shifts are concluded in an organized manner, enabling appropriate handovers and seamless transition to the next shift, performed daily; Attend to guests by visiting tables, checking service quality, and resolving issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction with the company, as needed; Request supplies from points of sale by entering data into requisition forms to maintain minimum stock levels, performed weekly; Perform cash register closing reconciliation, supporting the operator to ensure accuracy of amounts, performed daily. **Requirements and Qualifications** Relevant work experience and completed high school education. **Additional Information** On-site meals, chartered transportation, health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance.
