We are looking for a committed, organized, and proactive professional to work in the **Administrative and Financial** area, contributing to the smooth operation of school processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out administrative, tax-related, procurement, electronic timekeeping, and cash handling tasks; * Perform cash opening and closing procedures, as well as bank deposits; * Conduct daily financial control; * File, organize, and keep all school documentation up to date; * Keep service provider contracts organized and duly signed; * Process payroll, supplier, and other financial payments; * Manage credit and collections, including credit assessment and approval; * Maintain updated customer records in the system, ensuring data quality; * Perform daily collections and meet receivables targets; * Support the sales team when required; * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace; * Actively participate in process improvement, pollution prevention, environmental protection, and compliance with health and safety regulations. **Desired Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Responsibility and professional ethics; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Ability to work with goals and deadlines; * Collaborative spirit and focus on continuous improvement.
