**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Business hours **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code We are seeking a Classification Supervisor to oversee sample collection, classification, equipment calibration, and team management activities, ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with cooperative standards. * Supervise sample collection and classification activities, ensuring adherence to technical and operational standards. * Conduct and monitor calibration of classification equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results. * Manage the classification team across different shifts, including time tracking, task assignment, and performance monitoring. * Identify staffing needs for outsourced personnel (especially during harvest periods) and support integration and supervision processes. * Evaluate transporters based on operational quality, contributing to continuous improvements in the logistics flow. * Relay and follow up on equipment maintenance requests (such as automatic samplers), ensuring functionality. * Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for both internal and outsourced teams, ensuring technical preparedness and alignment with cooperative procedures. * Manage and analyze classification metrics, presenting data and insights to support leadership decision-making. * Ensure care for the work environment, compliance with safety regulations, and positive relationships among internal and external teams. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in fields such as Agronomy, Grain Technology, or related areas. * Experience in grain classification processes. * Experience managing operational teams. * Availability to work in Pato Branco/PR. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Education allowance, Profit sharing, On-site meal, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal voucher
