Description
The **Human Development Analyst** will carry out activities related to recruitment, selection, training/development of personnel, and team management.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Continuously analyze and suggest improvements and innovations in departmental and sectoral processes and standards, aiming to sustain a quality-oriented culture;
* Collaborate with direct leadership to develop the required technical and behavioral competencies;
* Organize and implement internal and external recruitment and selection processes, defining and applying recruitment methods and techniques, as well as planning strategies for advertising open positions;
* Conduct candidate selection through behavioral interviews, administration and evaluation of psychological tests, and facilitation of group dynamics;
* Conduct exit interviews to identify underlying reasons and correct potential internal deficiencies;
* Organize behavioral assessments to identify potential and support career progression;
* Schedule technical interviews with candidates to be conducted by the respective area manager and jointly analyze and select candidates;
* Enter data of selected candidates and forward them for pre\-employment medical examinations;
* Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the department’s Annual Budget Plan by providing sector-related information.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Prior experience in the field will be considered an advantage.
