




Job Summary: The Operational staff will perform production, scale, dryer, seed processing, and cleaning routines, as well as assist with deliveries and handle equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Support in inventory organization, loading/unloading, and maintenance of facilities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform routines related to production, scale, dryers, seed processing, and cleaning (hoppers, pit bottoms, yards, and other operational areas of the company); * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the position. * Assist in external delivery processes; * Handle various equipment designated for production; * Perform truck loading and unloading (grains and inputs); * Operate fixed and mobile machines, hoppers and elevators, dryers, grain aeration (soybeans, corn, wheat), etc., as required; * Perform first-level maintenance on machines and equipment; * Use appropriate materials to carry out tasks, ensuring organization and proper preservation, following usage procedures; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness for task execution; * Support sampling collection for moisture and technical cleanliness verification of tunnels to prevent residue and gas accumulation risks, thereby avoiding incidents and accidents, always reporting to the immediate supervisor and complying with NRs and applied trainings; * Organize inventory, ensuring correct product location and stacking; * Support and maintain internal and external facility cleaning and maintenance; * Support, organize, and perform truck loading and unloading; receive and inspect inputs (seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals); organize inventory; control expiration dates; and prepare items for dispatch; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of areas (5S), strictly adhering to safety regulations (NR31\) and PPE usage, especially when handling grain dust and chemical products; * Monitor cleaning, drying, and aeration processes for grain preservation. * Conduct periodic inventories, verify invoices, fill out spreadsheets, etc. (inventory audits); **Requirements:** General Responsibilities * Comply with the company’s occupational health and safety and information security policies (PPE/PCE usage); * Comply with applicable legislation, standards, procedures, and internal regulations; * Keep process-related information and documents updated, controlled, and archived, either electronically or physically, where applicable; * Support development of various reports to assist technical and managerial decision-making; * Propose process improvements; * Participate in industry events (meetings, seminars, associations, etc.); * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Use company-provided financial resources rationally. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
