




Human Resources Analyst \- 1023 Main Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment to employee onboarding; * Monitor admissions, terminations, payroll, and benefits management; * Organize and update documents, employee records, and employment contracts; * Monitor and support training, performance evaluations, and internal development initiatives; * Support the implementation of internal policies, career plans, and improvements in HR processes; * Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and best practices in occupational health and safety. Requirements: * Preferred: Completed high school or ongoing/completed higher education in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields; * Preferred experience in HR routines and Personnel Department tasks (hiring, termination, and benefits); * Preferred experience in recruitment and selection; * Preferred knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
