We are seeking a professional to work as an Extrusion Operator, responsible for preparing and operating balloon extruders, ensuring process stability, film quality, and compliance with operational standards. Key responsibilities: ✔ Perform setup and adjustments of temperature, pressure, speed, and rotation; ✔ Continuously monitor the extrusion process; ✔ Identify and correct defects in the production process; ✔ Carry out screen changes, filter cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance; ✔ Collaborate with Quality, PCP, and R\&D departments; ✔ Support training of operators. Desired qualifications: ▪ Experience with balloon extruders or extrusion processes; ▪ Knowledge of resins, additives, and masterbatches; ▪ Familiarity with preventive maintenance and metrology; ▪ High school education in progress or completed; ▪ Availability to work rotating shifts.
