**Main Responsibilities:** * Perform collection of biological materials (blood, urine, among others), strictly following safety and quality protocols; * Ensure proper identification, storage, and transportation of samples; * Prepare the collection kit by organizing necessary materials and equipment; * Record collection information in the laboratory management system; * Maintain organization and control of documents, protocols, and non-conformance records; * Assist in maintaining material inventory and organizing the department; * Comply with biosafety regulations and properly use provided PPE. **Requirements:** * High school diploma preferred; * Technical course or specific training in biological sample collection desirable; * Initial experience or internship in a hospital or laboratory environment desirable; * Basic knowledge of collection techniques, biosafety, and hospital hygiene standards desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization; * Attention to detail; * Empathy; * Proactivity; * Teamwork. **Work Schedule:** * 12x36 shift schedule; * From 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM\. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education) Insalubrity
