Systems Analyst **Responsibilities:** Create and maintain custom business rules, reports, screens, and integrations in Senior ERP (LSP, SGI, etc.). Gather requirements from users, document processes, and propose technological improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Provide technical support (corrective and evolutionary) via helpdesk, monitor system performance, and resolve inconsistencies. Support implementation of new modules, conduct user acceptance testing, and oversee software version upgrades. Act as the technical focal point between the company and external consulting firms to resolve complex requests. Stay updated on innovations from Senior Sistemas to optimize internal processes and standardize workflows. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields. * Practical experience with Senior ERP, preferably focused on the HCM (Human Capital Management) module. * Knowledge of system configurations, routines, reports, databases, and related integrations. * Familiarity with technical and functional system documentation. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with users and technical teams.
