Responsibilities and Duties * Support local Level 1 (N1) support requests; * Assist and guide users (in person and remotely); * Open, register, and track technical tickets; * Help identify and resolve issues related to workstations, software, and peripherals; * Support the installation and configuration of equipment (computers, printers, corporate mobile devices); * Provide basic network support (connectivity, cabling, access points); * Manage the IT equipment inventory; * Escalate more complex tickets to higher support levels. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Prior experience in technical support (Level 1 or similar); * Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 suite; * Basic understanding of networking; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to continuously learn. 2512300202491493737
